The receptionist here is incompetent and very rude. If you don’t know how to talk with people, please pick a different profession. It doesn’t cost you anything to be nice.
You can never reach any of the doctors receptionist on the phone. I have waited more than 35 minutes to talk with the receptionist regarding a prescription.
It's not a walk in clinic anymore
Called the clinic after noting a missed call (awaiting on results) no message was left. I called to inquire. Receptionist was firm I was not called. Did review my file. Firm I was not called. I requested to give feedback regarding leaving a message. I was told that’s not what they do and I would be called back. I have been going to this clinic since it opened.
