My PCP referred me to SSG when the gastroenterologist that I’ve seen for years became out of my insurance network. I called and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. I ended up hanging up and calling back at a later date hoping to get someone more helpful. That did not happen. When calling for a colonoscopy you can’t just make an appt like most places. I had 2 procedures by Dr Nass. Good experience from A to Z, all the staff is friendly and courteous. Dr Nass take the time to explain before and after the procedures. Very satisfied.
Completely incompetent office. Do yourself a favor and find another office that actually cares. This office has failed to order the proper test for me twice. When I called the office to review the results I did get, the nurse was beyond incompetent (Angela, dr Burbines assistant). She was Googling answers to my questions and did not recognize that results were missing. Told me to go back to Quest to get the missing test done.
