Tried to contact office manager (Mary) concerning Patty lying to me about insurance. Let 2 messages with no reply. Stopped by office and was originally told Mary was in but later told she “stepped out” and she would be informed I stopped by. Still have not heard from Mary. It appears the business rating is accurate. Too bad because doctor and nurses were very good.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. If you are sick and need to see a doctor or NP, you need to wait 6 weeks for a virtual appointment, even when you have been a patient for 20 YEARS. They are only looking to do colonoscopies; that is their cash cow. The doctors are too busy doing procedures like this to fit a patient in. So now I will be getting my care and colonoscopies somewhere else.
My PCP referred me to SSG when the gastroenterologist that I’ve seen for years became out of my insurance network. I called and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. I ended up hanging up and calling back at a later date hoping to get someone more helpful. That did not happen. When calling for a colonoscopy you can’t just make an appt like most places. I had 2 procedures by Dr Nass. Good experience from A to Z, all the staff is friendly and courteous. Dr Nass take the time to explain before and after the procedures. Very satisfied.
