Well my PCP referred me to South Suburban Gastroenterologist!, T hey have always been professional & polite! My husband & I go every three years now & are very happy with Dr. Christopher Kenney! Our previous GI Dr's retired & were anxious about new Dr but was very satisfied since we both have GI issues! The staff has always been very helpful to us! We would highly recommend them!
Anesthesiologist gave me Fentanyl without notifying me or requestion my consent. FENT, LITERALLY FENT. Not to mention after finding nothing during the surgery i have to wait TWO WHOLE MONTHS before i can even have a conversation with my doctor (Rachel Burbine) again thanks to the incompetence of the office staff - while im in stomach pain on a daily basis.....And they treat their autistic patients no different than neurotypicals in the WORST way possible. Exhausting
Tried to contact office manager (Mary) concerning Patty lying to me about insurance. Let 2 messages with no reply. Stopped by office and was originally told Mary was in but later told she “stepped out” and she would be informed I stopped by. Still have not heard from Mary. It appears the business rating is accurate. Too bad because doctor and nurses were very good.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. If you are sick and need to see a doctor or NP, you need to wait 6 weeks for a virtual appointment, even when you have been a patient for 20 YEARS. They are only looking to do colonoscopies; that is their cash cow. The doctors are too busy doing procedures like this to fit a patient in. So now I will be getting my care and colonoscopies somewhere else.
