I am writing to share a concerning experience I had during my visit on 5/12/2026. I arrived on time for my 7:30 AM appointment, as I had confirmed with Angela the day before. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked for my name and date of birth and instructed me to have a seat, assuring me that someone would come to get me shortly.
