My family and I have used a few different storage options around the Bethel/Danbury area over the years, most of which were eventually bought by large corporate companies and then became awful. South Street remains independent, and for that reason, is excellent: friendly, flexible, their prices/rates are incredibly fair, and they are run by a small staff who remember your name. SSSS is great, and I'll stick with them for as long as they don't sell out!
Long time local resident and I have used several storage unit facilities in the greater Danbury area. Most of them have been adequate, but nothing spectacular. I Had a great experience working with the team at South Street Self Storage for a recent video shoot. They were accommodating, easy to coordinate with, and clearly run a tight ship. The facility looks great and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It was genuinely a pleasure — would work with them again in a heartbeat!
I've been storing my belongings for years.And would not store anywhere else.
South street storage did good by me. I stored my Mercedes there for a while and always had peace of mind that it was safe. Other times I needed car storage for short periods of time with fast and efficient rental application. I always trusted Valerie to provide awesome customer service.
