Lots of issues with huge fees charged for no reason. Like cleaning fee where all residents were charged 70/ each. Ridiculous fees. They intend to increase my rent 70/year and they have done noting to fix the maintenance issues. They did not raise all rents by 70 bucks...just mine. So I am outie. There is not a single amenity associated with the rental. Cost me 3K to get in and another 1000 in nonrefundable cleaning fee and 500 two pet deposits. They charge double what other landlords charge.
