Worst customer service ever!! They are not even registered under the BBB. They treated me like an idiot because after I told them I added Freon to my system which obviously leaking. They topped off my Freon and said they did a “pressure test” and never did a dye test (which is what is standard in 2021) well for $140.00 it lasted me a day and now they are refusing to assist in what they should have done from the start!
Had a tremendously bad experience from this business, after reading several good and affirmative reviews and in need of a new mechanic, I decided I'd give it a try. From the moment I walked in, the owner lacked customer service skills, and was aloof and cold in manner. Almost as if he didn't want my business. After explaining the situation with our vehicle, he offered to provide a "safety inspection" at no cost.
