I had a great experience! Friendly staff, not a long wait and excellent care by Dr. Howard. I will definitely be using their services again.
What a horrible experience! Made an appt and Dr. Howard did not bother to show up. I was kept waiting for almost an hour and the service was horrible. The office is unorganized and unless you stub your toe or have a cold I would see a veterinarian before I would waste my time seeing Dr. Howard. The sign says they want to be your family doctor, well if that is how they treat family I would hate to see how they treat their friends. I gave them one star because the only bright spot was Laura at the front desk.
I took my eight yr old to her regular pediatricians emergency Saturday hours for an uncontrolled fever, delirium, vomiting, and bilateral ear pain. Not satisfied with the doctor's diagnosis of "allergies"---yes fluid behind her ears but no bacteria & an antibiotic was "unnecessary". Dissatisfied, I drove directly over to dr Howard who adequately diagnosed and treated my daughters ear infections. I am pleased to report she is feeling much better and was spared the agony of letting an ear infection linger until her symptoms go... read more
This is the first time I went to see Dr. Howard and I was very impressed with his level of care and knowledge. He took time to listen to my concerns and then discussed my diagnosis in detail. His office is beautiful and comfortable and his staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Howard to anyone who needs a physician!!!!
