This dealership is beyond terrible. At least in the used car market. My son purchased a used vehicle and less than 5 miles down the road is started having issues. Lights on the dash. Death wabble. I feel obviously they new about the issues because they dropped the asking price from 24k to 18k. My son immediately contacted them. The response "oh well you bought as is." South Strand Chrysler.... In December 2020 I purchased a full set of tires from South Strand. Contained within the purchase was an agreement for lifetime tire rotation if and when I brought the vehicle in for service. Earlier this week I took our van in for a 50000 mile service (which was well done and completed on schedule). Upon picking the van up I noticed that I was charged for tire rotation. Did not fix my car and still charged 100.00 broke my auto start and ruined my carpet by not laying it back down properly. Not sure about oil change. NONE of th fluids were topped off and windshield wipers fluid was still empty. Oil filter was not changed. Kept it 3 days and did Not Do one thing to it. I recently purchased a new car from Island Chrysler in Pawleys Island, and the experience was nice for a change.. my salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very nice.. and it's the only time I've been to a car dealership and I wasn't pressured. Everything went smoothly and I got a better deal than I was expecting. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
