Our dryer stopped heating. We called and within 15 minutes Jason called back. My wife told him about the dryer and he said he was on the way. He was here in 20 minutes and had the problem diagnosed in no time . He had the part in his van and had the dryer working properly in no time. He even went the extra mile and and changed the way the door opened to make it easier to load and unload clothes. My wife was happy. Jason returned our call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was very nice, knowledgable and professional, and his rates were reasonable. He gave us good info about our dryer and fixed it in excellent time. We will definitely call him again if needed and recommend him highly.

My moms dry need to be fixed . I called South Strand Appliance Service which I found off bing . Jason came with in a few hours and fixed it right away . Jason was very professional and also took time to explain what was wrong with the dryer. South Strand Appliance Service is very reasonable in price . We called Jason for a problem with our Whirlpool refrigerator building up ice and leaking water onto the floor. He actually came to our condo within an hour of our calling him. Jason diagnosed the problem and repaired the problem right away. He was very personal and professional! We highly recommend his business and services.

Jason responds to inquiries quickly. He is friendly, effecient and very professional. He came out the day after speaking to him to look at our broken washer. He checked it thoroughly and explained everything he was doing as well as what the issue was with our machine. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely would use this service again in the future

Great service. Jason came out when he said he would. He figured out the problem with my dryer and the most cost-effective way to fix it. He had the needed parts in his van and fixed it quickly. He didn't leave any mess to clean up and was courteous and friendly.
