Dr Bullen has been the GP for my wife and I for a large part of the time since we moved over from the UK in 2016. We find him highly professional, very personable, and are extremely grateful to be included in his list of patients. The level of service at the Medical Centre is very comprehensive.
Absolutely atrocious. My partner went there for several tests. On her first visit She was required to wait 1 hour past her appointment time to see the doctor. Doctor Thu Linh Ly said she had mixed up the appointment times. Today we returned to get the results of those tests. After waiting 30 min past our appointment time, we asked reception how long it would be. We were told she is just on the phone and won't be long.
