Very professional staff and an extremely qualified GP. An excellent medical centre.
Not a great practice sadly. You can rarely get a dr appointment on the day, the reception team is constantly giggling, laughing and generally not welcoming or helpful to patients when they arrive, and given it’s no longer a bulk billing practice that charges even more on weekends, the service is pretty disappointing. My dr today was 50 minutes late to my appointment, and instead of the receptionist calling patients to let them know ahead of time, upon my arrival, they told me she was late and I should go for a walk.
