I was trying to get a cleaning, they didn't even polish or floss my teeth, no mouthwash provided, I left with rough sentation. Appointment was at 9 am and doctor show up 45 minutes later, they don't respect patients time. I don't recomend this place, go somewhere else.
Upon arrival, I learned it was under new management. Anyway, EVERYONE was super nice! The only thing that I was concerned about was that, after X-ray & waterpick cleaning, they were finished. No polishing/ flossing. Not even a go bag.-brush/floss/paste Guess I was spoiled by my previous dentist.
Fantastic service, friendly staff and amazing weekend hours! They take the time to make you feel welcome, genuine listen to any and all concerns and keep you on track for a healthy mouth. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!
The dentist is skilled and has very good bed side manner. I do appreciate the time he spent going over my treatment and any findings on xray. It’s a smaller family owned practice, I am happy to offer them my patronage.
I chose this dentist based off of the reviews because they had a five star rating. And some of my neighbors here in Lago Mar go there. While the staff was nice, The doctor appeared very nonchalant. Going to the dentist can be a scary experience for a lot of people, and we go there to find out what it is that we need. Not to be asked why are you here today? As if we are at a doctors appointment.
