Absolutely garbage company. Cant even manage to install spring shackles right, welded axle on crooked, etc. Hundreds of reviews online showing multiple issues, but hide under different names after the bad reviews pile up.
I bought a new 30 ft trailer in 2014 and 8 months later took the trailer back because of the driverside wall came loose over the axles they charged me 4200 dollars for the repair they said that the trailer was being over loaded we keep 9200 lbs in a trailer with 2 8k axles then the welds broke on back door and they said it was out of warranty 3 months after they made the 4200 dollar repair
Purchased a new trailer and not at all happy with the quality of workmanship. When I got it home I discovered the passenger side brake was not wired up. They lifted the trailer off the ground with a fork lift and proved the brakes were working. He couldn’t move the drivers side wheel. I never thought to have him check the other side. The wires had been pulled apart some how. They put the ply wood on backwards. The smooth side hidden. Had to replace the ramp flap / extension because it was peeling apart. HORRIBLE customer service, very rude employees when picking up the trailer, poor quality and lazy quality check/ incomplete job. This company does NOT back their work. Upon picking up the trailer. They want you to fill inspect the trailer while in a dirty, sand, muddy driveway. Right in the front nose plate there was a huge dent that they replaced the piece in the spot.
