We have lived here for two years now and have enjoyed our time here. The staff is professional and friendly, things get taken care of quickly. We use the clean family friendly pool all summer. The location can't be beat, great school, close to everything shopping, dining, movies, library.
Great Location – Honestly I really like my apartment here. I live in the 3 bedroom and it's the perfect amount of space, i've got good neighbors, no real noise problems and a lot of what I need I can walk to if I needed. If I ever need to put in a work order, they respond pretty quickly. It's a really pet friendly place too, a lot of what sold me is bc they don't charge outrageous fees or pet rent for my dog. Do not lease from South square townhomes – Even 1 star too many for South Square Townhomes. Houses are very old and appliances are very old fashioned and out of order most of the time. Once you sign contract and talking about ending it, staff threat you for bringing into court. Inside is very dark and worst thing is kitchen is too small and there are many bugs.
South square – this is the worst apartment complex i've ever seen and the office staff have the worst attitude if you are smart you wont even visit run as far away as possible once you are trapped in this lease it cost $1400 or an eviction to get out and forget about getting anything fixed properly everything is rigged and a safety hazard...... trust that the apartments that are shown are nothing like the one you will probably end up with
