Visited someone here. Seemed like an average apt. Door bell was broke and entry door was unlocked and open.
I've lived at South Square Apartments ever since September 2024, and have enjoyed living here. The maintenance man, Ben has always been really helpful in solving our problems. It is plenty of room for me and my wife, Myrisa Regis. Location wise, it is great for riding the Cata Buses to Lansing. Then, there is the Holt United Methodist Church which is a great asset to the Holt Community especially with their free community meals every 3rd Wednesday. Hopefully they got ALL of the black mold taken care of. (Doubtful)
