They called me the night before, gave no direction other than to "go online and fill out the forms". They could have told me that when i made the appointment over a month before about the "online forms" (that I never did find). I had an early morning appointment and was REFUSED to be seen because I did not fill out the "online forms" . Waste of MY time and gas. Don't waste yours.
Business response:
We require all patients to complete an online health history before their appointment. We do not use any online "forms." We call patients the day before their appointment when we notice that history has not been finished. If they do not listen to our message and come to the appointment anyways, we do have to reschedule. This is for their benefit because, without a complete health history, the doctor cannot give them an adequate exam.
Horrible place if you're forced to be on medicaid/Medicare? Kendra is aweful.
