These guys are great! We've dealt with a few other local companies and were unpleased, very glad we found South Sound Sweeps! They're honest, quick and transparent.
Great company. Respectful, polite, professional, honest, and trustworthy. I am very pleased with their quality of work, knowledge and clean up. If I need something done that they can do, I will be hiring them again.
I experienced a chimney leak. I think it was Nicolas who came out and gave me good feedback about the reality of the rains we had and that I didn't need any work done. It was so refreshing to have an honest tradesman. He definitely won me over and will get my business next time.
I first made an appointment with these folks on Sept. 3. If I knew they were going to string me along all winter and then not show up to their scheduled appointment, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Now it's mid December and I still dont have my fireplace inspected.
Update to the reply to my review: I called the number that Google has for the business. Upon arrival tried to upsell me for a simple job, then offered financing. Seems shady to me.
