Went there for a fuel pump for a vespa because I wanted to get it locally. Called ahead of time to make sure they had it. When i got there the guy at the counter was very nice and went to the back to get there so called 30 year tech that i spoke with on the phone earlier. (I think he is the owner) he pulled out a fuel petcock, not a pump. He told me that my vespa didnt come with a pump and acting like i dont know what im doing. Had such a great experience working with Jason to repair my Vespa! I bought a used 2007 Vespa a few months ago from a private seller and turns out she had quite a few quirks, but South Sound Scooters made the whole process smooth and clear for me. Communicating everything and being transparent on what work they were doing. I also loved both the pick up and drop off option, as from Seattle to Tacoma on a 50cc as a new scooter owner wasn’t something I was looking to do quite yet. Highly recommend everyone here!
