I was very disappointed with the initial contact to schedule an appointment. Upon calling to schedule an appointment, the representative on the phone couldn't find my referral in the system and didn't offer any additional assistance. The new patient should not be responsible for finding the disconnect between the provider and Tricare. Perhaps putting some more effort into customer service would make first contact a little more inviting.
Several occurrences with myself, family, friends, coworkers, of negligent and corrupt billing practices. I have reported them to the state Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and all consumer advocacy areas that are available to us. Do not go here for services or care. They will fraudulently or negligently bill you and they are quick to send you to collections for their mistakes.
I would give zero stars if it was possible. This place commits billing fraud on a regular basis. They send out statements to years after services that have already been paid for with zero correspondence in between. I have reported them to the state Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and consumer advocates. Do not go here for care. They are crooked and negligent.
They stated they sent out my bill several time. I never received one. Funny we have 2 different people in our house that never received anything. I will not be doing business there again. So I was sent to collections. I tried to talk to them. Their comment was we sent it out. I have lived in the same location for over 25 years. What is wrong with this picture?
