Diane is truly garbage. She only cares about money.
Diane is a piece of garbage!! Someone in her position needs to be fair and neutral. This...."female".....was extremely biased against me regarding custody exchange. I won custody in court, and that seemed to rub Diane the wrong way. She was giving my son's mom legal advice on how to win back custody. What the hell. Not your job woman!! The judge heard ALL the evidence and awarded me custody. Diane heard NONE of the evidence but decided mom should be the custodial parent. If I could post this without even adding one star, I would. I was forced to use this facility because of Covid and the way my temporary order was written would not allow for any flexibility to move to a different one, although I tried. To say it was an unenjoyable experience would be an understatement. Diane is supposed to be a neutral third party who helps supervise the visitation, but she quickly picks sides and proceeds to give the other party nothing but attitude (when she's not just outright ignoring you) and makes an a... read more
Diane is very controlling and she frequently crosses the line by telling you how to parent your child. She takes no consideration of the delicate and emotional situation the parents are already in to be there and does not offer any welcome or kindness.
Diane is only interested in continuing her revenue stream. She will create and exaggerate ‘issues’ to ensure you have to continue paying her. Do not trust this place. South Sound Family Services is a much better, more ethical, non-profit.
