Dr Weber kept us waiting over an hour, and never apologized. He gave us a five minute consultation, never covering even half of the items I was expected to initial. He seemed to think we should feel honored to have his presence even briefly. I was not impressed and am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
horrible place, receptionist Janet is very cold with a plastic smile on her face, least helpful. Nurses are terrible, not pleasant or considerate, rude at times. Dr. weber did my procedure, left me with 2 complications, subcutaneous emphysema of the face and injured my mandibular nerve. When I went back to their office within 3 hrs of the procedure with a massively swollen face, the staff acted like they didnt know me.
