CSD has become very corporatized there was lots of inconsistent treatment and they tried to say it was because my grandsons were getting in home treatment. There was very little communication. My youngest grandsons BT was a no call no show for the last two weeks we were with the company and there was no communication from anyone about what was happening...if you're looking for center treatment that's the place for you it just wasn't for us and they kept pushing for it even after valid points had been brought up about their t... read more

Words cannot properly express the gratitude I have for South Sound and the impact it has made on my family. The BT’s have been so accommodating for our military family and often work overtime so they could use Facetime us while we are at home to give us a better insight on how things are handled in the classroom. South Sound has become family and genuinely care about those they care for. I wouldn’t trust my children in the care of any other center as much as I do SSBT.
SSBT has been fantastic to work with. Our therapist was amazing and connected with our son in ways we never imagined. She was also a pretty great teacher to us (his parents) and gave us tools we never had before to improve communications for my son and between us and him. Additionally, all of the staff at SSBT, from the supervisors, to the admin staff, all the way up to Jennica the owner, were very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive.
