We initially had a positive experience, but over time the professionalism and consistency declined. Therapists frequently called out, showed up late, and my son was switched between three different therapists. That level of inconsistency is unacceptable for a child who needs structure and continuity. My wife expressed concern that he was losing progress due to the amount of missed therapy, but she was told it wasn’t affecting him — which was very frustrating to hear. At first I loved this place! My son’s therapist that he loved dearly unfortunately left and switched careers! Everything just went downhill from there, we have went through 3 different therapists and it’s just inconsistent. Calling out all the time, being late all the time and when these things happen they just throw your child with a sub that you or your child does not know and it just did not sit well with me considering my son has a hard time being comfortable with strangers as am I! CSD has become very corporatized there was lots of inconsistent treatment and they tried to say it was because my grandsons were getting in home treatment. There was very little communication. My youngest grandsons BT was a no call no show for the last two weeks we were with the company and there was no communication from anyone about what was happening...if you're looking for center treatment that's the place for you it just wasn't for us and they kept pushing for it even after valid points had been brought up about their t... read more
