EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE Mike pierced my daughter's tragus and mine as well. I felt very comfortable in this shop. Mike is clearly an expert with piercings, and he was thorough with cleaning instructions and what we should expect during the healing process.

Agree with other women I got my first tattoo there a few years back and just like the other women, I was VERY scheved out by the guys. They made sexual comments as I was being tattooed and I didnt feel safe at all. My tattoo also is very faded and I only got it 3 years ago. They are very cheap but you pay a price for going there-comments, innuendos and work that really doesnt last.
Tickled but not funny I agree with the woman who received the tattoo on her backside about being alittle creeped out.. I love the piercer there, but every time that I have been there, and Ive been there alot, The one artist has made some pretty risque comments to me. And whenever I am there getting pierced or waiting I def watch my back, because the big guy does this weird kind of tickle, poke thing if you have your back turned. I would highly recommend this place for piercings, but dont think I would ever get tattooed there... read more
Only place I will go....Great People and Artists I have been to Southside Tattoo for 3 tattoos and 2 piercings. They are very good at everything they do there! Now they might make some innuendos but it's a tattoo shop, honestly what do you expect? It's all in good fun and games. FYI they "big guy" you are all talking about is the Owner! He's a great guy. Does great tattoo work as well. I had him do right above my left but cheek and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. I told him if he took a peak at my ass I wanted $10 off! ... read more
Creeped Out Absolutely horrible experience. I received a tattoo from there a few months ago by a young guy (I forget his name, sorry) and although the tattoo wasn't bad, I was extreemly skeeved out by one of their employees. I was getting a tattoo done on my butt, and obviously had to have my slacks around my ankles, now they did put me in a room that was closed off from public view, wich at first I felt very comfortable. Not Bad The piercer is awesome, but they overcharge for tattoos and I bought a giftcard there and they taxed it because he said I was paying for a service. Actually, I'm not, I'm paying for a piece of paper. Gay!
Best Piercing Experience I've Ever Had I got my tongue pierced here, Chris is AMAZING. He is professional, clean, friendly, and inexpensive. All the things you want when you're getting a piercing. not creepy, your just retarted. i have been going to southside for both tattoos and piercings. i have never been in such an immaculate shop. its clean, and you can see where they sterelize all the needles and piercing tools. chris is the best piercer in the tri-state are. the tattoo guys are so talented that its mind blowing. and to all those that say the men, especially the big guy, are rediculous over sensitive. the shop has a positive feeling when you walk in. all the guys make me feel comfortable and welcome. so that lea... read more
