My wife reserved a unit last month, with a move in date for this month on the 17th. and she received a email with reservation confirmation #. She 5/11/25, She calls the location to get buisness/location and acess hrs. She gives the confirmation #. The person on the other end can't find the #. Come to find out, their boss in CALIFORINA ,rented out the unit, and didn't tell anybody. We're sorry , there's nothing we can do. Weve had 2 units for about 4 years So we have been told that the reasoning. Why the gate doesn't open sometimes it's because of the weather only in winter the freezing of the ground was told the way that the contractors/ fencing place put in the wiring. theyve said its gonna cost alot to fix it. Its a problem sometimes but again just in winter and most don't really go there when its this cold We do have dirt Getting up Under the seals and has been putting dirt all over id say half my units and I've found mouse droppings/1 de... read more

The price is cheaper than most . But I can never access my storage because the key pad doesn't work half the time. And the guy is never in the office nor does he answer the phone or messages .
