Weve had 2 units for about 4 years So we have been told that the reasoning. Why the gate doesn't open sometimes it's because of the weather only in winter the freezing of the ground was told the way that the contractors/ fencing place put in the wiring. theyve said its gonna cost alot to fix it. The price is cheaper than most . But I can never access my storage because the key pad doesn't work half the time. And the guy is never in the office nor does he answer the phone or messages .
