Great atmosphere! This is a really fun place to go, with a cool fifties atmosphere. It's part of Goshen's history. The food is good, and not too expensive. Try the Green River!

Filthy but Delicious I always enjoy going to South Side Soda Shop, but unfortunately the last couple of times I've been kinda grossed out, honestly. I thought the Golden Rule for the restaurant business was Cleanliness. Second two would be delicious food and good service. At South Side, our experience the last 4 times has been that the diner food is still fantastic, but the level of cleanliness, service, and maintenance are failing. RecommendedBest pies in the world. Took home a whole cherry crumb pie today. The menu is amazing from typical soda shop fare to gourmet... turtle soup was a special today...spiral fries, ice cream, seafood, salads, all delicious. Genuine not fake old time soda shop atmosphere.

Fantastic! The owner came over and chatted with us! He was so friendly and so was the staff. It’s family owned and you can tell that they live what they do! It was fast, efficient, and delicious! They have a lot of things to choose from including some unique options as well! Highly recommend!
