My first experience with the new dr was awful. Never even asked me my name Took me off meds I’d been on for years. Told me to see a shrink. Didn’t t even have my chart was going off someone else’s. Second visit was better kept me on my pain meds and set up with pain clinic signed pain contract set up colonoscopy. Third visit says he’s taking my pain meds away because I didn’t make a pain appointment when I tried 8 times no call back he said did u drive there? Um no if they can’t return a call why would I. Long time patient. My experience with Dr. Tom was great last month. He seemed to really care about my personal health and concerns. Betsy is a gem. I spoke with Sean today and they made me feel like a person instead of just another patient. Staff has changed throughout the years but I'm still coming back!
