Coldest night of the year and the Main breaker blows. 3AM. One call to South Side and there was an Electrician at the door within 30 minutes. Power and heat restored immediately. Simply amazing job....Thank you!! Very friendly, professional and reliable. I highly recommend SSE for any electrical needs you may encounter.
Just don't expect them to fix the drywall they will crack as they work. If you ask. They say it's not their job. Neither is cleaning up the broken drywall pieces. My apartment hired them.
Have used South Side on a number of projects, and are very happy with their service. Strong thumbs up.
They are not kidding about 7 days a week. I came home to my house being partially out of power at 3 pm on Saturday afternoon. I found water dripping out of my circuit breaker box. They arrived at 530 found the leak and replaced a bad breaker. They will return to do a final fix once the association approves the plan. At least I have full power. Thank you!
Emergencies don't follow a 9 to 5 schedule so neither do we! We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
