I love south side dental center! The staff was very professional and friendly, it was the best dental experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend.
Absolutely terrible company. I came in for a crown a year ago. They cleared the crown with insurance so I agreed to go forward with it. Afterwards, I paid my bill which was something around $600-700 and got back a receipt stating a zero balance. Wait for it. Literally 6-months later I get a new bill for over $500 for the same crown! It had a hand-writeen note on it saying, “Opps! Insurance didn’t approve the crown after all. Whoops, sorry about that. You now owe $508.00. You can tell that the doctor and staff are experienced. They run a smooth operation and everything is fantastic! All the staff are super well-trained and they helped me stay relax.
I just wanted to say a BIG thank you on my dental visit. The dentist and his staff (Amy, Kim, and Melissa) did such a kind thing trying and succeeding in making my visit painless.
