I’ve been going to South Shore for over a year now since becoming pregnant and giving birth to my first child. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Proctor, Dr. Ashton, and Dr. Grabemeyer. All of the front desk staff are absolutely wonderful, and the nurses are amazing. I think it’s very common for doctors to only see patients briefly and try to get through as many patients as possible. The ladies at the front desk made my experience as a first time mother very exciting and happy! Every member of the staff was excellent except one. There is a rotation of doctors who you will see that could potentially deliver your baby. (Could be standard but idk I’m a new mom.) I had never met Dr. grabemeyer through my visits, only when I was induced and admitted the following day. The nurses were AMAZING, and very professional. I’ve been going to Southshore for a few years now, I have nothing but good things to say! I went to them for my recent pregnancy and the care I got for that was great. I also love the front office staff, they are always so nice and friendly. The doctors and nurses are very personable! They really do listen and care. Any concern I have, they always try to get me in as fast as they can. I also love the office location and building, it’s very inviting and peaceful vibes! I definitely recommend :)
