This used to be my favorite OBGYN, and I even kept going after I moved far away. They just went through a merger and I am so incredibly disappointed at the awful customer service. I tried to call and make a yearly appointment, they transferred me over 4 times just to get me to the right place and had to re-register all my information. I'm disappointed that they're outsourcing this, the people you'll be speaking with on the phone are not the awesome office ladies they had working at the original location. I met with Diane for the first time this week. She was lovely! She was straightforward, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her manner was gentle and my experience was as pleasant as possible. I do not dread going back next year-lol Thanks South Shore Women’s Health!
I love South Shore Women's Health. The staff are always very warm and caring and Diane Rutan is an exceptionally wonderful practitioner. Very knowledgeable and I am always feeling very cared about when I have my visits. Nobody is just a number there.
