I too had an excellent experience last year. The nurses were not only professional but nice. too.
Our family had the most wonderful experience with South Shore VNA! My mother Lydia received the highest quality of compassionate care from occupational therapist Shannon Stone and her physical therapist. Shannon goes above and beyond in all areas- She was patient and overly competent and advocated on behalf of my mother to get her the help she needed. I cant say enough good about the s.s. vna. Iam absolutely blown away when I look at some of the reviews. I think some of these folks were just having miserable days for whatever there being treated for. I've been fighting Multiple sclerosis for many yrs. Every time with the exception of once. I was fortunate enough to have s.s. vna come in and help me. I understand theres no miracle cures for m.s. but when I was having those dreaded flareups or the falls they were always there to help. My experience with ssvna was excellent. All the personnel who took care of me were professional and went above and beyond. I was a patient with them for quite a while
I would actually give this place zero stars if that could be done. At a time that my father was in dire need of hospice services they dropped the ball entirely. His doctor called and made the referral the day before...the next day I called them to see when they would get to my father's home and they told me they did not have all the forms; which I knew she had sent and she confirmed it.
