Great nurses but if someone's husband sees a nurse on monday july 30 and the supplies are not ordered until the 2nd. IT IS THE NURSES FAULT.... stop not listening to patients Collin it makes them upset.
This review is about a phlebotomist named Victoria who was absolutely fantastic !! My Mom is 93 years old and has refused to get her blood drawn for the past two years as she has had horrible experiences due to various professionals having to insert needles multiple times. Her veins are prominent so I can only assume that they roll but she has become nauseous and sick to her stomach several times in the past thus refusing any more blood draws.The people somewhat "bull rushed" her and used what seemed to be unnecessary thick ... read more
No longer serve the Brockton area.
Love South Shore VNA. I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma cancer back in 2022 and unfortunately it came back again this year. I had them both times and they was fantastic. Very, caring and knowledgeable They go out of their way to help. I loved that I had the same PT person and nurse in 2022 and this year. I had to have more surgery now so I am looking forward to them coming back to my home.
I too had an excellent experience last year. The nurses were not only professional but nice. too.
