My daughter Bailey is 4 almost 5. She is a low functioning autistic non-verbal princess. Dr. Dunlop is truly one of a kind. Her staff is simply put, the best. I have walked out of four dentist offices due to there inability to work with my daughter. This wasn't the case at all. Bailey is honestly a hard case. However, she's our princess and doesn't deserve to be treated any other way. I had a great experience at South Shore Smiles. The staff was friendly, and the office was well kept. I liked how their equipment was up to date and overall looked professional. Dr. Roger Shieh did a fantastic job on my fillings. He explained the process step by step so I knew what was going on and made sure I was not in pain. If you're looking for a dentist in NWI, he's your guy! Thank you to the staff of South Shore Smiles and Dr. Roger Sheih for making my visit pleasant! You all are great!
My family and I have recently visited South Shore Smiles and we've found our happy place! Dr. Roger Shieh and his beautiful wife took really good care of my children and I. I recommended my cousin Deatrice Witherspoon and she also loves the team. This is a super solid team. Professional and polite from the front desk to the chair. If your teeth aren't becoming to you, then you should be coming to South Shore Smiles.
South Shore smiles is amazing and very professional. I definitely recommend this dentist office. Dr. Dunlop is awesome, gentle and caring. She made my son feel incredibly comfortable. Cathy is also very wonderful and extremely nice and helpful to any questions I would have. Great office!!!
