Great experience. Dr. Pollitt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. They made everything easy to understand and I really appreciated the time and care they put into each visit. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. I’m very thankful for the excellent care and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dermatologist.
Docs are great but the staff is incompetent. Literally gets HIPPA backwards denying reasonable access to records to patient after definitive identifying….they called me. The law states patient access must not have additional hurdles such as requiring a signature from the patient to mail records to the verified patient or demand signatures theiugh the mail or in person for simply providing the patient themselves with their own data.With cancer time is of the essence. The treatment I got was Excellent and VERY professional. The Nurses and Dr. Pollitt were extremely nice. They take their time with their patients and the care was EXCELLENT. Would definitely go back again.
The office manager was extremely rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
