Kyle from South Shore Drain was outstanding. He answered my call on a weekend when I was dealing with a stressful situation and immediately took the time to walk me through what to do. Instead of jumping straight to a service call, he gave honest advice and suggested I have the sewer pumping company double-check their work first — which says a lot about his integrity. As a new home owner, there’s always a fear of “how bad is this going to be”. Kyle came out quick and was able to unclog the pipe - not easily. Once he was done, he gave me a clear picture of what cause the problem and how to avoid future issues. He also took the time to get a better understanding of the house as a whole and gave me a honest opinion on how to maintain. Add in the fact he loved our over friendly dog and what was a “uh oh” situation couldn’t have turned out better.
