Everything that was done was professional, done timely and on time.
The quote was detailed, covered windows and the flower bed, completed the entire job in one day, well-communicated team, used a drone for inspection, performed a quality inspection after completion, gutter installation was great, used a magnet sweep to pick up stray nails, good warranty.
This was my first time hiring a roofing company, and I had to do it from out of state, replacing a roof on a home I inherited and was preparing to sell. South Shore was excellent from beginning to end. Their estimate was detailed and precise, and included numerous photos. Their communication was thorough and excellent.
