South Shore Roofing were the ultimate professionals. They were on time, no pressure on sales of materials, they were present every step of the way. They even went above and beyond with our payment when life happened and we lost a family member, that we had to shoulder the financial burden. I will be using their service again and hope they start doing business in Florida too. Great job!!! 10 stars!!!
Based solely on the service I received, I’d recommended South Shore Roofing (SSR) to anyone that asks. A storm blew off an entire 20-25 foot ridge cap section that we needed fixed before the next storm. I’d called several companies previously and they’d all told me they were booked up with patch repairs and could not get me scheduled till several months later. Not the case with SSR. They are amazing! I had an unexpected roofing issue that needed attention, and they were able to fit me in for a repair ahead of schedule! They were super attentive, easy to communicate with, and made sure to check on me multiple times afterwards to ensure my repair was holding up! Highly recommend them. I’d definitely call them again!
This was definitely a five star service. Brett and his team were very patient with the insurance process and did a great job on the roof replacement. Easy communication and provided understanding of all the details during the process. Last, the quality of the materials used for the replacement were advanced and have longevity (50yr lifespan).
Very satisfied with the entire process and would definitely recommend South Shore Roofing. Josh Adams kept us informed from beginning to end and we really enjoyed working with him.
