I called South shore in the morning and that afternoon Luke came out to inspect the roof and get us a price. This was the original roof and was 25 years old, and it was showing it's age. He did a very thorough inspection, both on top of the roof and in the attic space. While in the attic he noticed where water had been leaking and getting the decking wet, but thankfully not dripping down onto the ceiling.
