I have to agree with the other postings if I could give a negative star I would. I have NEVER DEALT with a more unprofessional management company ever. I have requested and given ample time to these people to respond to my request as a client and they flat out refuse to handle anything. For your own good as a potential client or a property owner stay far away from this company
If I could leave a zero star I would. First off the apartment is INFESTED WITH ROACHES !! Appliances are very used or barely work or they go out and takes a day or more to get replaced. There is drug addicted outside at all times of day parking isn’t the best. Walls are super thin and when you move out you get extra charges. The heaters caught on fire also ! In living room and bedroom you can hear everything the neighbors talk about and hear the foot steps on stairs.
A very family and kid friendly apartment complex. The location is great, close to schools, bus lines and the local mall. Affordable housing in a great neighbor hood. Check it out!
