Undoubtedly, the worst experience I have ever had with any practice. It’s worse than ineptitude. They just don’t care. There is a technician who is fantastic, but that’s it. My first visit was late January. It’s now April and I still don’t have my CPAP machine. When I call, I get a staff that couldn’t care less about a patient’s concerns. I was sent here for a medical evaluation due to a work related injury that happened over 7 months ago, a viral infection. Dr Donath was curt and verbally aggressive when i couldn’t remember my job’s name from over 27 years ago. He didn’t do a full check then wrote a statement that i could not have gotten sick from the location.
