Undoubtedly, the worst experience I have ever had with any practice. It’s worse than ineptitude. They just don’t care. There is a technician who is fantastic, but that’s it. My first visit was late January. It’s now April and I still don’t have my CPAP machine. When I call, I get a staff that couldn’t care less about a patient’s concerns.
