They refused to call me to schedule a follow-up appointment, leaving me without critical anti-anxiety medications. When I confronted them about this, they gaslit me into saying that they tried to reach out (I have no records of calls or emails), and also refused to assist me with rescheduling. Overall, my mental health has declined dealing with this clinic. Avoid at all costs.
Don’t go here ever. This place only cares about your money genuinely. Kelly who’s on the phone is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in the mental health industry. She talks down to you especially if you’re a young adult, and will say the *pharmacy* is lying and withholding your meds when they are not so she can avoid blame. It all feels like some sort of sick joke.
I see Maryanne and she's great. I find she listens to me and has given me good advice. Very personable office.
