Extremely poor communication and customer service. My appointment was cancelled and no one contacted me. I went to the physical appointment and not only did they fail to inform me it was a virtual visit, they were incredibly rude with me and didn’t understand why I was rightfully upset. It’s shocking how poorly organized a company like this is in 2022. Pretty disgraceful and the office isn’t even a real office, it 10000% seems like a front for some illegal operation. Horrible experience. All they have in mind is money more money. Office is closed most of the days. Never on time. Took all my money never gave me the card. Shady business! I already reported them to authorities. My friend had the exact same experience and so did my cousin. These guys are wack job and should be shut down. Hope this helps! Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money!
Aweome staff and I love my new doctor! Unfortunate edit: The practice went private and the yearly “retainer” is beyond what my family could swing whereas the retainer doesn’t go towards any medical services. If you can afford it definitely go for it but it’s not in our budget.
Best for moms, they work around your schedule and understand how crazy life can get ! Great service really caring
