I recently had a few pool filter issues. As a new customer, the team at SSPS set me up with an immediate service call. Jay did a great job reviewing the system and providing needed maintenance (rings, cover chlorinator replacement). Additionally, the team also resolved an issue of air in the system. All done reasonably and quickly. I look forward to working with SSPS as we close for the season. Thanks.
I had problems with a couple other companies giving me the runaround. 1 in particular (pool place Easter ma . Bad customer service and don’t stand by there product) South Shore from 1st phone call to Mine Heman til I recieved my part kept me updated. He is very knowledgeable fought for me to get a replacement without any issues. He was helpful, listened to me and got it done for me with no hassle. Kiley and the crew arrived to measure for replacing new safety cover for our pool. Questions asked and answered in a very professional and friendly manner. South Shore Pool installed a new liner a few years back with the same quality service.
