I've been taking my family to South Shore Pediatrics for 10 years and we have had nothing but positive experiences! The front desk is always friendly and helpful and there is always a nurse available to speak if I need advice. We love this office!
I am very disappointed with the nurses department in there. My daughter was in need to do a ultrsson from urgent care. I explain the situation to the nurse and she told me that she will call and get my daughter 's informations and then contact dr unyon to get the ultrasound 's order. passed a week and nothing was getting done! I called the urgent care that my daughter was seen and they said that they did not received no calls from south shore pediatric. My 17-year old son has been a patient of Shore Pediatrics since he was born. Dr. Kilduff was his original pediatrician until he retired and Dr. Uniyal took his place some years ago. She is a very attentive and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to our concerns and provide great solutions when needed. I never feel rushed and we are in and out in a very timely manner.
South Shore Pediatrics has been attentive and quick to address our concerns. We have always been able to get a last minute appointment (even day-of), and their off hours line was so helpful when we had an emergency scare with a newborn. Dr. Uniyal makes us feel seen and heard with our concerns and shows patience and care when treating our baby. I've never felt rushed, and we're always seems 5-10 mins after arriving for an appt.
