We had our wedding there, and we couldn't have been happier. The price of a park building but the beauty of something much more expensive and the location by the lake - you can't beat it. You need to book SUPER far in advance though to get your event here. After I figured out I wanted our wedding to be here, I literally just accepted the first date they had open and it was more than a year and a half away.
