Dr. Benedetti and her staff are all friendly and welcoming to the practice. They are very respectful and professional. As someone who does not EVER want to go to the dentist, I am grateful to them for making the experience a positive one. I was assured that all procedures will be explained in detail and my anxiety over being there was eased. I love that she laid all options on the table and let me decide what is the best option for me.....
The first time i came, i was a little nervous. After i continued to go for my appointment, i really did not know what to be scared about. She made sure my smile was progressing. She always had that smile that cheered me up. She would always remind me of how awesome of a job that I was doing, and it made me want to do even better. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Benedetti and her amazing staff. They are so caring and extremely wonderful. I drive down from Boynton Beach to Ft. Lauderdale because of this. Whenever I have any questions or concerns, they have been there for me. I highly recommend this office!
My daughter is 10 yrs. old, & was in needed braces. Unfortunately one of her good friends had just gotten braces w/another Orthodontist & had told her it was so painful & everytime you eat it takes long to clean your teeth & bracecs.We went for our consultation & the staff is all so nice. wow ! today was a big day for my daughter after 4 years in braces with another Orthondontist was a great man but old scholl . He passed away and Dr Benedetti took over the practice. She never charged us anything extra and in 6 months gave my daughter a beatiful smile. She is a great caring orthodontist . We love her and the staff especially Michelly.
Dr. Benedetti was recommended to me for Invisalign and I am so very glad I came to this office! What a professional office, very updated with state-of-the-art equipment and well trained and qualified staff. All are extremely pleasant, knowlegable and caring. From the moment I walked into Dr. Benedetti's office I knew I was being taken care of. I was immediatedly greeted by the staff with a smile. We were takeover patients of Dr Tights, the office was completely updated after Dr B took over and everything became ultra modern,updated and a well oiled machine. In spite of all the whiz bang equipment, my son had a huge amount of cement left on his teeth post orthodontia, and a huge strip of enamel is stripped from a front tooth. Dr B was nice and the office is great........but much more care should be taken upon brace removal. My son had his braces applied on today. This our 2nd visit to this office. Dr Benedetti's office is so warm & welcoming. Everyone makes you feel welcome & comfortable. U can ask a million questions & still everyone is willing to answer & help you. I would most definitely recommend this office. Dr Benedetti's staff makes you feel as if you've come to a spa for a day of pamper instead of a ortho appt. I love this place.
