Just leased a new Murano at South Shore Nissan ..Had an excellent experience from start to finish .. staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Particular shout out to Lucas .. he walked us through features of the car and answered all questions .. would highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a quality vehicle and outstanding customer service ..
Updating my review and sharing our final experience. Initially, my husband and I had a very negative experience with the finance department, which is why I left my original review. However, I believe in being fair and giving credit when it is deserved. After reading my review, General Manager Danny personally reached out to us, listened to our concerns, apologized sincerely, and assured us that South Shore Nissan was under new management.
