The customer service at this location is truly unmatched! I recently left a review after being unhappy with an acrylic fill I received, and they went above and beyond to make it right. They called me back the same day and quickly scheduled an appointment to fix the issues. Nicole did an amazing job and completely turned my experience around. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and stand behind their work. I really appreciate the effort and will definitely be coming back!
I must add to this review a few year later, Kevin changed salons and I went with him. I am not up to date with any of the current details at SSN. 3/18/2026 Love this nail salon so much! The best one I’ve ever been to! The staff always take incredible care of me, I have been using their service for about two years now. My nail growth journey has been incredible. I see Kevin and he never fails to make my nail dreams come true. Their pedicures are amazing too!
Always the best experience and service at South Shore Nails! So many beautiful colors and options to choose from and the nail techs really know their products (shoutout to Vicky!) I started going here before my wedding to trial wedding nails and have been getting my nails done here with Vicky ever since. And they always look flawless!
