I went to the grand opening of the new location. My first impression was wow! The salon is beautiful all associates were friendly. The woman who did my nails was sweet. But the gel polish lasted less than 10 days. It started chipping within 5-6 days. My right hand was almost completely chipped off by 10 days but unfortunately I didn’t have any free time until Friday (day 12) I called to see if they would redo the nails that were totally gone. The only place I go for a manicure! Vicky always does an amazing job☺️☺️. She takes her time and my nails are always beautiful! I will also only go to Vicky for waxing. She does a great job and is as close to pain free as you can get for an eyebrow wax. My skin is never red or irritated afterwards.
The customer service at this location is truly unmatched! I recently left a review after being unhappy with an acrylic fill I received, and they went above and beyond to make it right. They called me back the same day and quickly scheduled an appointment to fix the issues. Nicole did an amazing job and completely turned my experience around. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and stand behind their work. I really appreciate the effort and will definitely be coming back!
