Getting ready for my baby shower I had a difficult request and as always they did amazing attention to detail and customer service are always amazing.
Daughters polish came off just a couple hours afterwards. I called. They will not reimburse. Has happened twice now. I wasn’t going to take her, but decided last minute I’d treat her. Cheaper doing it yourself and will last longer than 3 hours! Went at 9:30am, by 130pm all polish was off on nails and couple on toes. They said they were supposed to use a dryer, but neither time they have. Said we could come back, but not easy to just come back. Very disappointing and not good customer service.
