Went to this dealership looking to trade in our Mitsubishi for a newer model. Mind you this dealship is not close it's an hour drive from our home. With the lack of parking we had to park in what felt like crime alley. As we went inside to talk to a sales rep we felt out of place in this dealership. With the obnoxious offensive music being blasted over the speakers we couldn't even hear what was being said. Bought a 2010 e350 Mercedes from the original south shore sales floor, it had a issue with the pano roof, i was sent over here to get the car looked and fixed, and they did so within the same day, great service
