Great service and awesome customer service. They gave their full attention and checked every detail! Wish I had bought my car from them - lol!
Thank you to the employees at Mits service. Paul Nick and unfortunately I don't know her name but the girl that answered the phone. They are all so kind and helpful my car battery died and thankfully Paul I believe he is the service manager helped me. He went completely out of his way and did more than any employee would have done especially in these times. What a kind group of people. Thank you all so very much.
Got bait-and-switched twice on two separate occasions. I took off work both times just to have my time wasted. They quoted me one price over the phone, but when I showed up ready to close the deal, they marked the price up 2X. First, they did it to me on an AYC, and now again on an SST. On top of that, they even kept one of my tires after I specifically told them I wanted it back. These guys come off pleasant but are lowkey dirtbag time wasters. Never again.
Bad experience with this people they dont any with your car also scratching it amd dont pay! And also they no ask why what are you there for
