I have owned two Mini convertibles and had them both serviced here because of the warranty/service plan. My current lease is almost over and I will not be getting another Mini in part because this service department is so bad in my opinion. During a routine service they missed a ripped windshield wiper and break fluid flushing! One minor one significant.
