The Service Team at Mini is always so helpful and responsive! To no fault of the Service Team, prices for parts ($600+ for new battery install) seem to be high like everything else right now and the showroom feels very blah with the removal of all the cool graphic roofs that used to lined the walls.
I continue to receive 5-Star Service at MINI of Rockland. Every time I go in for service the staff (Kevin and George) make the experience enjoyable and efficient. Every question is carefully explained, the work is always top-notch and the atmosphere is much more relaxed than any other dealership I’ve experienced in the past. I also appreciate that they are both fans of the brand… it’s a “Mini-thing”… highly recommended!
Kayla our sales representative was the best, the whole team and facility is top notch and the entire process was seamless. We are beyond pleased with our new Mini Convertible.
The staff was above and beyond helpful. Everyone you speak with was friendly and engaging. They truely love the product and so do I. There is nothing like a Mini!
