I had an appointment at 730 am. Just to have locks cut off my tires. I was quoted on the phone $100. It took 2 hours and was charged$260. Was not happy with service. I was not listened to. Instead the bill was trying to be increased. Not happy
My experience was wonderful. They took care of everything I needed and washed my mats
Updating my review on 1 April 2026 after receiving official looking emails from a 3rd party extended warranty spam account masquerading as coming from the GM of Mini of Rockland, Avery Trumbo. This is super sketchy and I would have never agreed to this. Please be careful, they do great service but apparently do not care about their users privacy. Great service and communication. Kevin was awesome and super helpful. Can't wait to come back and buy a new mini!
