Comically the receptionist doesn't like taking calls, giving messages, or handing computer issues. There are no therepists, either. The parent company doesn't care for the staff, and therefore their patients. The Wareham location was fine. Plymouth is abysmal. Making sure my prescription was going to be filled after my prescriber left, was one of the most anxiety inducing things I've been through and I got confirmation only after I had one dose left - though I had started my inquiry a week in advance.
