After a slight equipment problem with our boat South Shore Marine went above and beyond what needed to be done to make it right for us. Great for sales. Very bad for follow up. Had a problem with the lights and a bearing cover on my trailer. Called multiple times but would never return my call. Very disappointed. The way you spend money on boats you would think they would want to keep their customers loyal to them, not looking for somewhere else to deal with.
The absolute best in the industry! The great service continues long after the sale. South Shore Marine employs probably the best sales and service team in the country. Chris Kedas, Sky, and Tom are committed to customer satisfaction.
We are first time boaters and didn't know what we wanted or what would fit our family. Our salesman, Mike was SO patient and helpful!! We were also VERY impressed that the owner, Tom, was around to greet and talk to us. We were at several marinas and never met the owner ... at one marina, the owner walked past us with no acknowledgement. We are looking forward to boating, having great fun with family and friends ... thanks to South Shore Marina!!!! :)
