paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal on my lower legs. i don’t know why i didn’t do this sooner!! i only had one appointment and i’m already noticing a difference. my hair growth has slowed down so much after one session. even if the hair isn’t permanently removed after all my sessions, laser is definitely permanent REDUCTION. i’m sure some hairs have a possibility of regrowing but i’m also certain some individual hairs won’t come back at all, and some will thin out. overall i’m already happy.

I’ve had laser as well as chemical peels here and neither of them showed any signs of improvement. They don’t have a list of services they offer with explanations of what they are. Most of the staff is very nice except for the manager/owner. Every single time I’ve been here she’s given me attitude, a hard time or changed her mind about something. I bought a package and put it on hold bc of doctors orders and she charged me when I used it months later bc prices changed. Why if I bought a package would the price change for me?... read more

If you buy laser hair removal through a groupon you won’t see any results. they must not turn the laser up. went for 6 sessions and saw zero improvement at all. told me to come back for 12-18 more sessions

I am pretty sure they do not confirm your appointments if you use Groupon for their services. I also had to cancel one day because of the bad rainstorm we had, and I was in a ton a traffic. I was not going to make it there on time and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I feel this would not have happened if I was not a Groupon customer. My last appointment I did not receive a phone call as a reminder and I also have an appointment tomorrow that I have not received a reminder call for. Otherwise, my experiences have be... read more
