I am pretty sure they do not confirm your appointments if you use Groupon for their services. I also had to cancel one day because of the bad rainstorm we had, and I was in a ton a traffic. I was not going to make it there on time and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I feel this would not have happened if I was not a Groupon customer. Best decision! I saw a difference after the first session and my sessions take 5-10 mins! I wish I would’ve done it sooner!
Waited to review. Had soprano ice laser done. I purchased 6 sessions for Brazilian laser on Groupon and saw very little change (I know more sessions would be needed), however I paid original price for 5 sessions for my underarms but saw NO difference what so ever. At my 6th session of my Brazilian and 5th session of my underarms is the only time I realized the level was higher.
